Our holidayhouses are situated in a cosy residence with central point ,the comunal swimmingpool with seperate children pool.Every house has perfect view on the pool and garden which is perfect for families with little children. The houses are comfortable equipped for max 6 people (+ event. Babycot ) There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.Two big teraces and 2 big balconies per house. The distance to the sea and the sandy beach is 500m, to Kusadasi center 10km, to the old antique city Efesus 25km,to Izmir airport 100km, to Bodrum airport 180km. Small local minibuses are stopping at the gate of the residence and brings our guests to further distanced beaches and city center. To spend a relaxed and nice holiday you realy do not need a car.All shopping,pharmacy and first aid is only 50m distance from the gate. We organise your airport transfers,your excursions,boattrips and safaries etc etc on request. The managment in the residence speaks 5 languages : English, Dutch,German,French and Turkish.
